A caught the Sleeper bus and was soon underway.

Arrived in Da Lat about 4:30am. Bloody cold up here at 1500 mtrs above sea level. Did a quick change to some wooly socks and threw a singlet under my short sleeved shirt. But i think a visit to a market for long pants may be wise. Im told there may even be snow to the north.
I caught a bike ride for the 3km to town for 30000 vnd. We rode around the main lake.
Found a guesthouse hostel, (Toms Guesthouse at 11.93978,108.43417) ... has a good shower which i need badly. Will also wash my clothes.
The room is 200000 vnd.per night and they tried to charge me the same for the early checkin.
ie. 400000 for my next full nights stay. I argued i would walk the streets and may find another place while I wait for their checkin to start (and I may find somewhere else in tha time). They gave in and my first night will be 200000, payable tomorrow morning, at best I probably got about an hours sleep with the stops and very bumpy roads on the bus...but for now its a shower...aggggggh.
I'm looking at three days exploring around Da Lat, Ill stay here one night at least, but may move to another place.
There is wifi here but I don't have the password yet. Trying to keep my phone usage minimal.
