it has been a huge day i first of all got up and take a shower and got my important valuable together into my small pack and headed out into the streets seeking breakfast. what it started is a small walk to go into an all day adventure. ideally i was just seeking a croissant or some kind of baking for breakfast. not a long walks we i'm staying i stumbled across the main market. i wandered about for quite some time taking heaps of photos of cows eyeballs fish ducks swans chickens you name it.
I bought myself an oversized warm jacket for up north and some mandarins for lunch on my walk (or for breakfast)
As I left the market I crossed the road to walk around and take loads of photographs.
I came across too young Vietnamese girls (Captain Bear and her sister) who said that they were photography students so we took some funny photos of each other jumping off a bridge next to the lake for about 15 mins, I gave them my e-mail address and we will exchange the photos at a later date. They spoke very good english and had studied in Australia previously. They were lovely girls.
I continued my walk around Lake Xuan Huong until I found the flower gardens, i spent over two hours here going photo stupid.
The bike hire and waterfalls will have to wait until tomorrow. It's overcast and I guess about 22 degrees. Very comfortable.
