We got back by bus about 6:30pm last night and decided to head out for dinner.
We have a list of stuff we wanted to see and one of those is Soi Cowboy. Soi means street, and its named after an American who wore a cowboy hat and started the area back in the 50's. In short it's the Red Light District.
We cabbed there for 200 BHT.
We decided we would walk around and find a place to eat/drink and just observe.

We settled outside a joint called Dundee. No food, but we had a few drinks while the "ladies" (and thats huge assumption over here) tried to compete with other places and drag customers into their strip bars.
After a few drinks and watching the disappointment on their sad little faces as they failed 9 out of 10 times I decided to help them out.
Shaza Spielburg manned the GoPro. She expertly directed the action as I grabbed each victims arm and convinced them that this was the best bar with the most amazing exotic secrets inside.
"TRUST ME MATE, YOU ONLY NEED ONE MINUTE INSIDE!" ... it was just like the old days selling IT services at Gen-i all over again!
Stunned that they had been approached by a fellow large bellied white person they seemed to take the bait, and I'm pleased to report that i had some success in this endeavour. The ladies at the bar across the way could simply not compete and returned to their seats. The ladies at Dundee thought it was awesome as we all joined forces, i convinced the victims and led them to the front door, one of the ladies would come along and I would had over the victim to her with a wink and a nod!. The old woman that ran the joint went along and laughed too.
. .. Im now not so sure about Business Analyst work... there is an untapped opportunity here for me!
Shaza reports that once Im back and after editing and preproduction quality work is applied the movie shall be released to the public.
We did leave eventually and found a nice meal just as a huge Thunder storm hit. We ate our fill and caught a tuk tuk bak. We collapsed like a couple of legless cameĺs.
