Big day out

As it happened the old monk led me to the Bangkok Railway Station where I caught a rustic old train which ventured its way through a little bit of a slum area and dropped me off at a local station which is just near where the hotel is.



Got back safely to the pool, had pizza and a couple of really nice drinks and waited for Sharon to turn up.



As expected Sharon had had a whole day shopping and managed to fit in a massage also. It was a great day and we both had a ball. Sat by the pool and talked about our adventures for ages. We are off in early in this morning to the bridge on the River Kwai tour (1980bht each) really looking forward to that was a nice and early night for both of  us. Tour starts 6am.
